Our staff understands that the learning needs of scholars are a priority. We provide authentic learning experiences for everyone and encourage lifelong learning.

Our goal is to help scholars develop into independent young adults and we are committed to ensuring all scholars experience a sense of belonging, understand their impact on others, and are always available to learn and grow.

Dr. Fletcher has faithfully dedicated 10 years of service to LCCA since its opening in 2015. She started as Principal, and then God raised her up to serve as President/ Founder.
In her current role as President and Founder of the School, she has been busy dreaming and praying about the future of LCCA, supporting the campus, and equipping leaders — both staff and scholars— to make a difference in the world.
Dr. Fletcher obtained her doctorate degree in Christian Education Leadership from Life University College.
